Lan-bridge collaborates closely with universities and colleges to establish a comprehensive and innovative model of university-enterprise cooperation, centered around five key dimensions: "training practical skills for application-oriented talents, building dual-role and dual-capability teams, jointly developing intelligent language models and translation laboratories, creating interdisciplinary professional courses, and collaborating on book translations and other projects." We transcend traditional boundaries, amalgamate industry resources with academic expertise, facilitate profound integration between enterprises, academia, and research institutions, and together, explore new methods for nurturing Lan-bridge talent in contemporary settings. We aim to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who possess both practical skills and innovative abilities, working in unison to elevate the language service industry to new heights and co-create a novel future for it!

Lan-bridge boasts over 1,000 professional teams and more than 100 successful collaborations with universities. Driven by industry demands, we effectively merge theory with practice to offer students immersive experiences through authentic, multifaceted project scenarios. Lan-bridge assembles language experts from various domains to guide students in practical applications and engage in dialogue and discussion with university faculty. Utilizing the expansive platform of the National Language Service Export Base, we provide teachers and students with diverse practical opportunities and employment support. Through horizontal project collaboration, we foster professional, multi-dimensional, and multi-sector deep cooperation between academia and industry, jointly creating a novel ecosystem for the language service sector.

Industry seminars Students can gain in-depth insights into the language service sector, including understanding its current development stage, talent demands, and career planning.
Short-term student internships Ranging from 3 to 10 days, these programs cover areas like social sciences, pharmaceuticals, engineering, gaming, film and television, and literature. Within genuine industry standards, students are immersed in multifaceted training to achieve comprehensive practical insight.
Translation workshops Guided by experienced project managers and department heads, these specialized workshops focus on technical translation across fields like engineering, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and IT, alongside essential project management skills and practical project translation experience.
Competency assessment and internship After successfully completing the paid internship assessment, students join various project teams to partake in practical project assignments. Individuals can be given priority for permanent positions or employment based on their preferences.

Lan-bridge is recognized by the Translators Association of China as one of the inaugural certified postgraduate education and practice bases for translation majors. It consistently serves as an internship and training hub for numerous universities. We partner with hundreds of universities to enhance industry-education integration and develop application-oriented and multifaceted language service professionals. This encompasses various fields including teacher teams, translation technology integration, joint laboratory development, and student internships, annually accommodating over 3,000 language professionals on average. We engage in diverse projects with colleges to foster the development of application-oriented language talent. We have also partnered with Westlake University, the University of Macau, and other institutions to jointly develop AI machine translation and big data processing technologies, supporting the establishment of translation laboratories in universities.
